At Magnus Home Products, we stand behind the quality of our home fixtures and offer a 30-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package your item in its original box with all mounting hardware and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the crate or box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fixture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
